More Examples of how the British Curriculum Messed Up Caribbean Students
More Examples of how the British Curriculum Messed Up Caribbean Students
I remember sitting in a Physics class trying to solve a Physics question. I got it wrong. When the teacher explained the answer, the teacher showed that to answer correctly, one had to take in consideration thermal insulation on windows. How was I supposed to know about Thermal insulation on a window when I was born in a hot tropical country, had never traveled outside of Jamaica in all my life, never seen snow, never experienced any temperature below Jamaican weather. Another example of British Curriculum forced on Tropical students which is not going to help them in anyway.
