Support your own while they are still small. They need your help for their business to grow. Dont wait for others to recognise their talent before you show them appreciation. Dont just sit and wait for them to become successful, then you demand that they share their success with you. Support them now. They need you now.

Support Local Small Business Owners

We should support the local small business owners. These are the people who are going to give back to our communities. They know the needs of our community better than the government. Tessanne Chin spoke up about the bad Jamaican roads. A few years ago, she wasnt getting the support that she deserved, now she is in a position to influence change in our communities. When you support young leaders, young entrepreneurs, young local artistes, and they become successful, the genuine ones wont forget where they came from. They will give back, because they know what it meant to not have. I will be posting links to the websites of many talented young people on my webpages, people who you and I know very well because they are from our communities and we grew up with them. So make sure you support them and one day, they may be able to help you.

Proud To Be Jamaican

I am just feeling proud to be a Jamaican right now. When I look around and see how many talented individuals have blessed me by coming into my life and sharing their talents, their leadership, their positivity, I feel hope for the future. I know no matter what they say about Jamaica, we will always have young people who will strive to use their talents to uplift their community.
